Customer Contact and Demographic Information
Within Levridge, you have the ability to see all pertinent information about each grower including:
– Contact information
– Equity holder information
– Voting membership rights
– Credit Limits
– Invoicing information
– Personal details like birthday, relationship status, anniversary, etc
Reminders and notifications can be set within the system that alert users to certain dates or activities. For example, you could set a notification to pop up on your grower’s birthday, giving you a reason to contact that person with a personal note and reminder that you’re available if they need anything.
The timeline within Levridge allows agronomists to track phone calls, emails, notes, or other matters of importance for each grower. This helps you remember and track conversations and interactions that could lead to potential sales or future calls. This also assists when an agronomist leaves the ag retailer and a new hire assumes responsibility for managing a grower. They immediately have the background and knowledge of the account including previous conversations and purchases.
Associated contacts are also tracked in the system. This gives you a full view of how different growers are connected. In this example, Cody is listed as the Foreman at Erbes Acres. When you drill into his detailed contact information, you see that he is not only the foreman at Erbes Acres, but also is an owner at Chesrown Farms and a manager at Bangasser Acres. This level of detail allows agronomists to capitalize on these relationships to grow their customer base.
Operation and Split Details
Beyond individual contact and relationship information, the system also tracks each operation type, description, customer sites, split groups, revenue payout levels, and more.
Branch locations and employees at each of those branches can also be identified and tracked. The sales team members are also listed so each user can see which agronomist is assigned to an account or farm, and who the commissions are allocated to. This data automatically flows into the financial portion of Levridge, eliminating any manual entry and reducing the number of commission errors or incorrect allocations.
Levridge gives agronomists a 360 view of customer sites. Each site is listed out in the system and is associated with the main account. Users can then drill into each individual site and then can see:

Legal descriptions of each site are stored in the system, which helps agronomists when it comes to product certifications, and seed or tech agreements.

Additionally, users can see what products have been applied to each site, the timing of application, amount applied, and soil samples collected.
