Alissa Archambeau

Client Success Manager

Alissa Archambeau is a Client Success Manager at Stoneridge Software with a focus on serving Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV and Dynamics CRM clients. She works with clients to help them gain the most from their investment by understanding business requirements and determining the best approach to meet those objectives. Prior to Stoneridge, Alissa worked as a Key Account Executive at a benefits firm where she created and maintained positive client relationships and served as the liaison between the client and day-to-day operations of the account.  

Alissa holds her bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, along with a master’s degree in strategic leadership from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND.
