Chief People Officer

Jennifer Theisen is the Chief People Officer at Stoneridge Software, overseeing initiatives related to learning & development, talent management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, DEI employee relations, and total rewards. She has a diverse background in partnering with senior leaders to understand the business and develop and implement enterprise-wide strategies and programs that help attract, develop, and retain team members, drive business results and align with company vision and objectives.

Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Phoenix University,  a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management. She also holds a certificate in organizational development from the University of Minnesota.

Jennifer is SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and CM&AI Certified.
