Melissa Erickson is a Team Manager and Senior Consultant on the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / CRM team at Stoneridge Software. With 11 years in the industry, Melissa has experience as a Principal Solution Consultant overseeing the day-to-day configuration and implementations of CRM and a Director of Systems and Support. She is most passionate about mentoring and leading her team to success as well as helping clients best utilize their CRM through business process improvements and automation.

Melissa holds her bachelor’s degree in both marketing and business management from Minnesota State University in Moorhead, MN. She also holds her MBA from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND.
