Ryan has nearly 20 years of experience using software to improve business processes, and more than 10 years of experience configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM and Power Platform in a variety of roles. He has expertise in sales, customer service, Power Automate, Power BI, and Canvas App Development.
Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia.
