Copilot M365 Flight Plan FAQ

The Copilot Flight Plan includes four key steps: an executive overview, strategic planning sessions, tenant and security readiness, and training for up to 10 internal champions. Licensing for Microsoft 365 Copilot is separate from the package.

No, you don’t need to have licenses purchased before starting. In fact, part of the Flight Plan includes helping you determine who needs licenses and how to prepare your environment before assigning them.

Copilot for Microsoft 365 requires Microsoft 365 E3 or E5, plus a Copilot license add-on. We’ll walk you through the specific licensing requirements and help you assess readiness during the process.

Most organizations complete the full engagement over 3–4 weeks, depending on internal availability and scheduling. We tailor the pace to your team’s needs.
