Erin Kelley is the Director of Client Growth at Stoneridge Software, where she leads a high-performing group of Account Managers and Client Partners focused on driving strategic growth and deepening client relationships. With more than twenty-five years of experience in account management, consulting, and delivery—particularly within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem—Erin is known for her ability to develop and execute account strategies that foster loyalty, increase revenue, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Throughout her career, she has managed both strategic and pooled account models, serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and championing operational excellence. Erin is passionate about empowering teams and clients to achieve success through technology.

She received a bachelor’s degree in business from Concordia College.

Erin is a Proci Certified Change Practitioner and holds certifications in Microsoft CRM.
