With more than 20 years of experience in the Microsoft Business Application channel, as well as 5 years at Microsoft as a Solutions Specialist and Customer Success Manager, Erin has a wealth of knowledge in delivery strategy and client relationships. Areas of expertise include client relationship management, cross-team collaboration, and timely and successful solution delivery.
She received a bachelor’s degree in business from Concordia College.
Erin is a Proci Certified Change Practitioner and a Microsoft Global Challenger.
