2. Phone Screen
If your qualifications match, the next step is a phone screen with a representative from our People Team.
We use The Predictive Index behavioral and cognitive assessments. This ensures each candidate is a great fit for the job and assists in predicting on-the-job success.
The next step is an interview with the hiring team. Depending on the role this might be the hiring manager for the team or a combination of the manager and additional team members.
When it reaches the offer stage, an offer is always officially extended over the phone by our recruiting manager. At this time, full offer details are discussed, including benefits.
6. Begin Onboarding
Once an offer has been accepted a start date is set and the onboarding process begins!
