In his role, he helps implement and customize D365 Customer Engagement to solve business needs. He has more than 10 years of development experience, with specific expertise in Customer Workspace, Power Platform, and Azure.

He received a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Osmania University and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
