She has nearly 20 years of experience working with D365 Finance and Operations, with 12 years at Microsoft in various engineering and consulting roles. Areas of expertise include Dynamics AX installations, reporting services, upgrades, and security. She is passionate about putting her expertise to work to help solve business problems and train users.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer systems management from the University of Minnesota-Morris.
