With nearly 10 years of experience working with D365 Customer Engagement/CRM, he has served as a consultant and managed a team of support engineers. Areas of expertise include Power Automate and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM.
He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
