Erin Kelley is an Engagement Manager focused on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement at Stoneridge Software. With more than 20 years of experience in the Microsoft Business Application channel, as well as 5 years at Microsoft as a Solutions Specialist and Customer Success Manager, Erin has a wealth of knowledge in delivery strategy and client relationships. Areas of expertise include client relationship management, cross-team collaboration, and timely and successful solution delivery.

She received a bachelor’s degree in business from Concordia College.

Erin is a Proci Certified Change Practitioner and a Microsoft Global Challenger.
