Jessica Deleanides is a Solutions Architect focused on Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. She has more than six years working in a variety of roles supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and CRM projects including onsite business process testing, design documentation, configuration and requirements gathering.

She has a bachelor’s degree in international/global studies and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
