Tom Link is a Data Architect as Stoneridge Software with a focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM. He works with clients to help transform their digital experience by using technology, data, and process to increase efficiency and exceed business goals. Tom has more than 20 years of experience across the Microsoft suite of ERP and CRM (D365CE) products, and he has helped architect projects that interface Microsoft products across various types of infrastructures.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Minnesota State University in Moorhead, Minnesota.
