Claire McKenna is the Director of Talent Management at Stoneridge Software. She has more than 10 years of experience as a strategic people business partner, and her previous experience includes various human resource roles focused on engaging and developing employees in rapid growth and complex environments. Prior to her current role, she served as a Senior Business People Business Partner at Stoneridge. Claire is an expert in full-cycle HR program management and is proficient in HR laws in more than 20 states.

Claire received a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s in human resource management from Texas A&M University.

Claire is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
