Client Services Operations Specialist
Lisa Smith is a Client Services Operations Specialist at Stoneridge Software. In her role, she is a dedicated internal resource for the Client Services Support Team, including but not limited to assisting with case triage, training the team on best practices for utilizing internal processes and systems, including Dynamics 365 CE, as well as being a liaison between the Support team and other departments within the organization. Lisa collaborates with key department leaders on process development and Client Services trajectory as the organization grows.
Her areas of expertise include B2B and B2C, hospitality, convention sales, and management with concentrations in solution selling, yield management, event planning, as well as digital advertising and copywriting.
Lisa holds an associate’s degree in interior design from Villa Maria College as well as a Certification in Predictive Index Leadership and Management.
