He has experience with new implementations, upgrades, enterprise process analysis, integration design, xRM solutions, and much more. He carries a passion for bridging a business & process analysis background with solution architecture and design. His recent projects include extending Dynamics portal capabilities in a heavily-customized Dynamics 365 (CRM and AX) environment, designing enterprise xRM solutions for an international salon franchise organization, and designing and reengineering xRM and enterprise marketing solutions for a world-class healthcare organization.
