New Microsoft Learn Site Offers Free Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Training
Microsoft has launched a new free, interactive learning website for customers to master Microsoft technologies called Microsoft Learn. This site combines step-by-step tutorials, browser-based interactive coding/scripting environments, and task-based achievements to give users a way to advance their technical skills. This site is available for everyone, free of charge.
Learning paths for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are segmented by user role, which includes lessons for every role from administrator to business user. The hands-on learning courses help users master core concepts and develop practical skills through interactive learning.
Courses on older Dynamics products that are still valid will be available for download on the Dynamics 365 Community blog April 5.
The current e-learning resources located on CustomerSource will be retiring on April 5, 2019. Prior to this date, users should check their e-learning dashboards for courses that are currently “in-progress”. These courses need to be completed by April 5 to earn a certificate of completion.
Go to Microsoft Learn to explore the courses and content available to elevate your knowledge and understanding of both Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
