Stoneridge Software Creates New Technology Company, Levridge, to Modernize Ag Business Operations
Technology in the agriculture industry has seen great advancements in recent years, but one core area has been neglected. No one in the last 20 years has significantly improved the business software running behind the scenes — until today. To undertake the complex needs of this market and provide agriculture businesses a modern system, Stoneridge Software has established a new subsidiary called Levridge. Officially formed January 1, 2018, Levridge is a company dedicated to building business software products for the agriculture market. The premier Levridge product will deliver an end-to-end accounting, operations, and customer relationship management solution for ag businesses.
The core package, built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, will include the foundational modules of accounting/finance, inventory management, production, e-commerce and grower/customer management. Levridge is building additional functionality to tailor the solution for agricultural needs, including agronomy, grain trading, and patronage. Built on a cloud-based platform, users can enter and access vital information in Levridge anywhere, anytime.
Stoneridge Software co-founder Becky Newell has been named the president of Levridge. Newell and a team of software developers and grain and agronomy business analysts are creating the product.

The estimated first release of the Levridge solution for agricultural cooperatives is the summer of 2018. Levridge will be exclusively implemented by Stoneridge Software.
