How to Configure @mention with Power Apps in Dynamics 365
Setting up @mention in Dynamics 365 with Power Apps helps you collaborate with your team by sending them notifications that go directly to them through Teams or email.
To set these up, administrators in your environment must enable in-app notifications in the Power Platform admin center for the specific apps you use.
If you want to use this feature, you can follow these steps:
Configuring @mention Notifications
- Browse to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/
- Click Environments
- Click on the environment you want to enable @mention notifications
- Click Settings
- Under Product choose Behavior
- Set the Release Channel to Monthly channel
- Click Save
- Click Settings to return to the previous page
- Under Product click Collaboration
- Under Enable Sharing toggle In-app notifications to On
- Click Save
