Back in the day, companies would replace their ERP solution every five to seven years. Today it’s much more infrequent, maybe every ten to fifteen years. It’s really hard to be good at something you do every ten to fifteen years.

We pulled together a set of tools we use at Stoneridge Software that we’ve used with and provided our prospects with to help them with this process. This kit is really to help you on your journey. Think of it as a roadmap: To help you get to a successful ERP implementation. ERP projects are complex. Assessing your needs and determining which technology is the right fit is time-consuming. It takes time and effort from you and your team to pull this together, but that’s not the most difficult part. The hardest part that we’ve uncovered is for companies to get approval from their management teams, a board of directors, or their private equity firms.
