Stoneridge Connect 2017, an annual conference hosted for clients, will take place at the Minneapolis Marriott West on Thursday, April 27. Building a Power BI Sales Report with Data Entities – 2:30 p.m.

With all of the talk about Dynamics 365 for Operations and data entities, there is a hidden gem in Dynamics AX 2012 R3—data entities! In this session, we will talk about the new data entities feature in AX 2012 R3 CU 11. We will also review the various entities available and teach you how to setup, configure and publish an entity store. Finally, we will create a sales report in Power BI based on sales entities.

Microsoft has added some great new features to Dynamics NAV and announced several changes in regard to licensing. We will show you these features, review the roadmap for future releases and discuss Dynamics 365 for Financials and how it relates to your current Dynamics NAV license. We will also talk about upgrades—should you upgrade now or wait, licensing considerations and how to best plan for your upgrade.
