Stoneridge Software Names Leanne McGregor Director of Client Success
Leanne McGregor has been named Director of Client Success for Stoneridge Software.
In this new role, Leanne will lead Stoneridge's team of Client Success Managers, developing processes and standards to provide the best possible support to clients.
The Director of Client Success position is part of Stoneridge Software's continued organizational commitment to helping clients win. The team of Client Success Managers will work closely with Client Services Consultants, Developers, and teams across Stoneridge to deliver even more value to clients under the Chief Client Officers' leadership.
"As we developed the description and vision for the new role, we knew we needed someone that was passionate about clients, understood how to service them holistically and could develop a program that would enable existing and new client success managers to succeed. Leanne checked all those boxes and then some," says Chief Client Officer Maggie Foster.
Leanne has a long history of supporting clients in Canada and the US. Her depth of knowledge and experience includes wearing many hats for Microsoft Partner Prophet Business Group, which Stoneridge acquired in 2021.
"Since I started in this industry many years ago, I developed a passion for technology and for sharing my knowledge with users," Leanne says "But my main passion has always been taking care of my clients. I love listening to their stories, discovering their challenges and pains, and understanding what they feel they need to be successful. Then we work together to build out a plan to help them achieve their version of success. I am so incredibly excited to take on this role with Stoneridge and look forward to all the amazing opportunities we have in the coming year."
