Inc. Magazine Names Stoneridge to List of Best Workplaces for 2021
Stoneridge Software is one of the highest-scoring businesses, with winning employee engagement and great culture
Stoneridge Software has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021. The list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of American companies that have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits.
Stoneridge Software includes nearly 200 employees, three offices, and team members located in 23 different states.
Collecting data from more than 3,000 company submissions, and surveying 370,000 employees, Inc. singled out 429 finalists for this year’s list. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by a third party, Quantum Workplace, on topics including trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future. Inc. gathered, analyzed, and audited the data. Then all employers were ranked using a composite score of survey results.
The strongest scores came from companies that supported strong policies to keep their employees engaged.
