Insights, powered by InsideView and Versium Predict No Longer Included with Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement
Microsoft often bundles third-party software products within Dynamics that are free for users. Insights, powered by InsideView, and Versium Predict, are two such products that were historically included within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
An announcement was emailed to CRM users and partners in late January announcing that Microsoft will no longer offer Insights or Predict for free within Dynamics 365 CRM online.
This does NOT affect CRM on-premise users.
If you currently use Insights...
Customers who purchased Dynamics 365 online prior to January 16, 2019, can continue to use Insights free of charge until August 15, 2019.

A few months ago, Microsoft introduced Dynamics AI for Sales, which is available as an add-on for most Dynamics 365 customers. AI for Sales includes several of the features included in the Predict Solution.
