Great support can make or break a business technology investment. That’s why Stoneridge Software is proud to have earned the Microsoft Support Services designation, a recognition Microsoft reserves for its top support partners.

While the recognition is a proud milestone for our team, what matters most is what it means for the Microsoft Dynamics and AI Business Process clients we support every day.

The Support You Already Count On is Now Microsoft-Verified

If you’ve worked with our team, you already know what our support feels like: seasoned problem-solvers who know your business, respond quickly, and help you get ahead of issues instead of just reacting to them. This designation is Microsoft’s way of confirming what our clients experience every day.

The proof is in our survey scores. Stoneridge support consistently ranks well above average, with a client satisfaction score of 9.33 and a Net Promoter Score of 89.62 when clients are asked how likely they are to recommend to us.

Introduced at Microsoft's Ignite event last fall, the Support Services Designation isn’t easy to earn. It requires specific Microsoft solution partner designations,  an active Microsoft service plan, and a formal audit.

Steps to earning the Microsoft Support Services designation include:

Prerequisites: Verify foundational requirements, including Solutions Partner designation, Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) enrollment or applicable program, and an eligible support plan.

Performance Assessment: Evaluate support performance metrics (case rate, case volume)

Customer Success Survey: Assess customer satisfaction with support services

Capability Assessment: Evaluate technical and operational capabilities

Stoneridge easily completed every step, which only a handful of partners have earned so far.

What This Means for You

  • A Microsoft-verified partner. You now have Microsoft’s own confirmation that Stoneridge meets the highest bar for support.
  • Faster answers on tough cases. The designation gives us access to more senior Microsoft resources and support credits, so the cases that need escalation move faster.
  • Support that’s proactive, not just break-fix. Our plans include designated service consultants, guidance through new releases, strategic planning sessions, workshops, and assessments — all built to keep your systems healthy.
  • A partner for the long haul. From implementation through go-live and well beyond, we’re here to help you get the most out of your Microsoft investment.

“Our mission is really about serving as a true strategic partner for our clients, and making sure they have peace of mind, knowing that we’re there to help them, not only for the technology they use today, but also opening their eyes to what can help them in the future.”

Eric Newell, CEO, Stoneridge Software

“Our clients have always known that when they reach out, they’ll connect with someone who actually knows their business. This designation is Microsoft recognizing what our clients already feel every day, that great support isn’t a transaction, it’s a relationship.”

— Maggie Foster, Chief Services Officer, Stoneridge Software
