PrairieBusiness 50 Companies logo_hi-resStoneridge Software is honored to be named to Prairie Business Magazine’s 50 Best Companies! This inaugural feature in the September issue of the magazine compiles the entire list of 50 companies separated into large business, 100 and above, and small business categories, 99 and fewer. Stoneridge Software is excited to be profiled as one of the top three small businesses.

"Workplace culture continues to be at the top of our company’s priorities," says Eric Newell, president of Stoneridge Software. "We make a concerted effort to get the entire team together, from all branches and those working remotely, at least once each quarter. The opportunity for collaboration is a big part of what makes our employees value and trust each other. It’s wonderful to receive this designation voted on by the employees themselves."

Employee engagement and satisfaction surveys were filled out anonymously by employees from each company. Submitted organizations’ surveys were evaluated by Prairie Business Magazine staff. Comments on each survey were weighed and consideration was given to the percentage of surveys returned in comparison to the number of employees at each company.

Congratulations to the entire list of Prairie Business Magazine's 50 Best!

In 2014, Stoneridge Software has also earned a 5th place finish and a Best Place to Work award from Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal and took home Silver in the small business category of Minnesota Business Magazine's 100 Best to Work For.
