Stoneridge Software has earned the 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces award, recognizing the company’s commitment to building a workplace where employees can do meaningful work, support one another, and contribute to strong outcomes for clients.
The Top Workplaces award honors organizations with 150 or more employees that have created exceptional, people-first cultures. This year, more than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate and only 1,661 made earned placement on the 2026 list. Winners are recognized for their commitment to employee listening and engagement, and USA TODAY showcased the winners online and at the National Awards Summit in Las Vegas.
The award is based entirely on feedback from an anonymous employee survey conducted by Energage, the HR research and technology company behind the Top Workplaces program since 2006. Results are measured through employee responses tied to key Workplace Experience Themes that are proven indicators of organizational health and performance.

At Stoneridge Software, three of the top strengths highlighted in anonymous employee survey responses were Informed Employees, Strong Values, and Supportive Managers.
The anonymous feedback also reflected Stoneridge Software’s collaborative, client-focused culture. Employees described a workplace where teams support one another, take ownership, and work together to deliver strong outcomes for clients. Survey comments pointed to the quality of teammates, a shared commitment to doing what it takes for clients, and a culture where collaboration and responsibility go hand in hand. As one employee shared in the anonymous survey, “The collaboration is amazing and I have a lot of responsibilities to make sure the team is generating a great solution for the customer.”
