How to Resize Forms in Dynamics AX

Yesterday, a Functional consultant came up to me asking why his form is not getting resized? And even when he was trying to maximize the form it was not getting displayed properly.  Below, I'll walk through the steps to resize a form in Dynamics AX.

You can see the empty space on the right side,  even when it is maximized.

I advised him to change the Width and Height properties for the Design of the form, but it didn't work at all. So after few hit and misses I found that the trick here in resizing Dynamics AX forms is to not only change the Width and Height of the Design to Column Width and Column Height respectively,  but also for the elements under the the Design.
For the above Capacity load form(WrkCtrCapResSum), I ended up changing the Width and Height for Design, Group and Tab:
