"At Stoneridge, we really try to establish and maintain a culture that makes employees feel valued and welcome," said Stoneridge CEO Eric Newell. "We are constantly seeking feedback from our team members so we can continue to find new ways to empower them to be the most effective version of themselves. We always try to celebrate team members for who they are as individuals and how they function within their teams. We know that happiness leads to productivity. In that way, we all win."
The Star Tribune determines its ranking based on survey information collected by independent company Energage, which specializes in employee engagement and retention. This year's survey included responses from nearly 125,000 employees at various organizations in Minnesota.
