Stoneridge Software Adds Chief Client Officer to Leadership Team, Maggie Foster Named to Role
Stoneridge Software has further dedicated itself to a mission of helping clients win by adding a new Chief Client Officer position to the leadership team. Current Stoneridge Director of Client Services Maggie Foster has been promoted to the inaugural role.
"The addition of the Chief Client Officer will allow us to focus on proactively serving clients as a true strategic partner," says Stoneridge President Mike Gast. “Maggie Foster is perfectly aligned for this role with her background experience and true passion for being client-centric.”
This move launches an alignment of Client Services Consultants and Developers with a new team of Client Success Managers that will work shoulder-to-shoulder with teams across Stoneridge to deliver increased value to Stoneridge clients under the Chief Client Officer's leadership.
"Now we have a key leadership role and a strong team behind them whose focus is 100 percent on serving existing clients," says Chief Client Officer Maggie Foster. "Every single day I'm dedicated to making sure we have the right resources and levels of focus on clients. Stoneridge will continue to deliver exceptional support, and now that has been elevated into a more unified team that has leadership representation."
The addition of a Chief Client Officer at Stoneridge is a tribute to the roots of the company. "Serving Microsoft Dynamics clients at a premium level is how Stoneridge got its start. It's part of our heritage and a value that continues today," Foster says. "This is just further evidence that it's still a priority. We're doubling down on that strength as we’ve grown and expanded."
Team re-alignment and unification includes adding a Director of Client Success position and further investing in Client Success Managers to own the client relationship from end to end. This also means additional offerings thoughtfully created for clients based on feedback on their wants and needs.
The new team structure will provide the opportunity for Stoneridge to service clients in a more holistic way. "Where technology has advanced in migrations to the cloud offers us the chance to help clients more greatly realize the value of their investment and expand it," says Foster. "There is so much potential, and we want to strategically partner with clients in meaningful ways that truly enable them to focus on the business of their business while we consult on how technology can enable them. Stoneridge is passionate about using technology to solve problems. The tools and technology available are nothing short of amazing. It's really exciting to be a part of an organization that is focused on that.”
What can Stoneridge clients count on with Maggie Foster in the Chief Client Officer seat? “Clients can count on me to advocate for them in every leadership meeting, in every interaction, in every sense of their journey.”
