Catherine McDade: Newest Team Member
The Stoneridge Software team has filled out its core group by adding a veteran of the Microsoft Dynamics AX team in Catherine McDade. Catherine joins Stoneridge Software after spending the last 11.5 years at Microsoft, starting in support and spending the last couple years as a Partner Technical Consultant for Dynamics AX.
Catherine has a very broad base of Dynamics AX knowledge but she also has a very deep knowledge in several areas - Security, Data Migration Framework and Enterprise Portal. She has trained the Microsoft teams on how to use the Data Migration Framework, and that seems to be a very popular tool these days. She has been sought after as the go-to person for setting up Enterprise Portal and SQL Reporting Services. [In fact, she spent her first day setting up the reporting service instance for our internal implementation]. In her role on the Partner Technical Advisory team, she has been responsible for demo-ing much of the functionality throughout the product.
Catherine is looking forward to the opportunity to work directly with customers to help them achieve their business goals with Dynamics AX. When Catherine was in support, she was always the one who would stay on the phone as long as she needed until the customer found the answer to their problem. She is extremely patient and helpful and her skillset is a great fit for the overall Stoneridge Software team.
