Dear ERP Evaluator,
This process can be daunting and we know how much pressure that is. You are on the front line for getting your leadership team (and the rest of the company) on board with a new ERP solution for your business.
That’s why we created the ERP evaluation kit.
By now, you might have already looked at all of the steps. If you have done that, then you know that Step 3 is where the rubber hits the road. This is where you gather all the information up and take it to the leadership team. And the more buttoned up you are at this point, the better the outcome.
The tools in the kit that lead up to Step 3 focus on building the case for the ERP project. The more time you spend on those, the easier it will be to compile the Project Summary PowerPoint deck. A couple things to keep in mind for the deck:
Where is the ERP Project Summary Presentation PowerPoint template?
Most of the tools in the ERP Evaluation Kit are on the site for download. This element is in the email that was sent when you signed up for the kit. If you need to search for it, the title of the email is Map Your ERP Journey and the sender is Stoneridge Software. Be sure to check your junk folder! If you are stuck, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
What happens after this step?
In a typical situation, leadership teams will ask questions and make the decision (with your advice and guidance). Then, when the project gets the green light, you need to get your team and the end users ready for the implementation. And, if you haven’t done so already, you will need to choose your implementation partner. Steps 4 and 5 in the kit will give you tools and resources to help you on these items.
Wherever you are in your ERP Evaluation journey, the Stoneridge team is here to help. Please do reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 612-354-4966 if you have any questions at all.
