Steps For Creating an Email Signature in Dynamics 365

  1. Navigate to Personal Settings:
    1. Open Dynamics 365 Sales.
    2. In the bottom-left corner, select the drop-down menu and go to Personal Settings.

  2. Access Email Signatures:
    1. Once in Personal Settings, find and click on Email Signatures.
    2. If you already have an email signature, it will appear here. If not, you can create a new one.

  3. Create a New Email Signature:
    1. Click the + New button to create a new signature.

    2. Give your signature a name, such as "[Your Name] Email Signature."
    3. Check the Default option if you want this to be your default signature for all emails.

    2. If you already have a signature in Outlook, you can copy and paste it into the editor.

  2. Go to Activities and select Email.
