How to Set a System Dashboard as Your Default Dashboard in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Dashboards in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement provides users with an intuitive way to track performance through charts and graphs that display key metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Users can customize their dashboard views or create their own. This allows them to tailor their dashboard to their specific needs. They can select custom layouts, add customized charts with detailed record information, create lists, and add web resources to the design.
Often, system administrators may just set a default dashboard, but users can override this and choose a preferred layout if they want to.
